What is meant by the noun "down"
[edit]What is meant by "down", in this article, as in "... has a "down" on the Church..."
I cannot find any info on this unusual use of the noun "down".

- I am the person who wrote the Article. "A down" means that his experiences have led him to adopt a negative attitude reminiscent of his ordeals at its hands as a youngster, which have conditioned him to look upon it with suspicion and negativity. This is talked about in the script.
Good wishes.

DVD vs original film
[edit]I saw the original film when it was first released and it very closely match the book, but the DVD that is currently available has deleted many sections or the original film and appears to include several sections at the beginning and the end of the movie that are different versions of the original film release resulting in a slightly different environment that differs a lot from the original movie and the book which it originally very closely matched. 68.72.116.11 (talk) 22:49, 2 September 2022 (UTC)
