For what it's worth: 1) Cars: Wallace misnames Trabants, Ladas and Skodas (calling them, respectively, Prabants, Landas, and Skolas). 2) Though possible, it is unlikely that in the eighties, the West German driver would address the protagonist as Fraeulein -- it was pretty much out-of-fashion by then. 3) The Wall: The author's German journalist? gives it as ~120 km, when it was ~140 km. Also, he says it separates the two "Germanys," when it separates West and East Berlin. The barrier separating the two countries was over 1,400 km long.Kdammers (talk) 02:08, 8 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
