Who says that Becky is blonde? Countless people imagine her to have brown hair. Or any of the stuffy wikipedia users here can hassle sophie kinsella at her website for a direct source Do have a lovely day! PLUS,on the cover of Shopaholic Ties The Knot, there is a picture of a bride with BROWN HAIR! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.8.115.96 (talk) 16:19, 19 January 2010 (UTC)
In the section about differences between the book and the movie it says that Becky's parents are financially responsible in the book, but that's not my impression. Her mother is as much a shopping-addict as Becky (but kitchenware instead of clothes), while her father doesn't care about finances very much and only has cliches to offer when Becky admits to having financial distress.31.138.247.19 (talk) 14:50, 13 January 2015 (UTC)
