Title of show is "School House" without a leading "The"
[edit]The title card (visible at 25:44 on the video at Internet Archive) is SCHOOL HOUSE (written on two lines, on a blackboard). At the end, the announcer says "School House was written by..." IMDB also just names it School House (though someone also added a "The" to the IMDB name in the links section; corrected). Listed without "The" on the Dumont History site.
I don't have access to the three historical TV catalogue books in the bibliography. But this article seems to be the only example of the variant The School House, so in absence of an unusual explanation as to why the "real" title was not the one used several times within the program, it's probably safe to assume this was a typo/assumption in the article creation.
