Objection to page move
[edit]Mcrsftdog moved the page The Red Thread (De Rode Draad) to The Red Thread (organization) with the edit summary "per WP:NCPDAB". WP:NCPDAB applies to the titles of articles on people, so is of no relevance here. The original title gives sufficient disambiguation from Red Thread and other similar articles as well as being informative. I would also note WP:POSTMOVE wasn't carried out after the move. --John B123 (talk) 19:50, 22 September 2020 (UTC)
- The original title isn't informative, other than telling us that the page is about a Dutch topic. Wikipedia:Article titles says nothing about the parenthetical disambiguation being a translation. I will say that the move should've been to The Red Thread (organisation), which is the British spelling of the word. Mcrsftdog (talk) 20:43, 22 September 2020 (UTC)
