Millions of Viewers

[edit]

The article claims that 150 000 million Australian viewers tuned into the final episode of season 2. That's 150 billion Australian viewers. I reckon there might be some skulduggery going on here. Although I have to agree that the place is starting to feel a bit crowded, that figure strikes me as about as reliable as me mate Dave's fishing tales after he's knocked back a whole six-pack. The punters filling in their rating surveys must have all claimed to have been inundated by rellies at the time. And even then I suspect some double counting that makes Dave's fishing tales look like God's honest truth. There's an upside though, if Mal finds out about this he can cut us some slack in the budget. If he can find a way to squeeze even five bucks out of each of those 150 billion viewers we can wipe out our federal deficit and have change over.

Unfortunately the table uses some non-obvious formatting which makes it too hard for simple codgers like me to figure out how to remove the (millions). Isn't wikipedia supposed to be easy to edit to encourage these sorts of drive-by fixes by the unwashed masses? 203.32.127.10 (talk) 12:24, 7 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
