Are you sure this is 26 issues?

[edit]

I thought I had all the issues of Puma Blues, which numbered 1-23, and a #24 1/2 mini-comic only sold at conventions. Mile High Comics SWEARS to me that there was an issue 24 published, but I have never seen it in the 8 or so years that I've been looking for it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 192.251.73.123 (talk) 02:16, 11 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Puma blues1.jpg

[edit]

Image:Puma blues1.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

April 20, 1995?

[edit]

Would it be out of line to mention in the article that in real life, a day before the attack depicted in The Puma Blues, there WAS a white-supremacist terrorist attack? Pat Payne (talk) 18:53, 10 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

File:Zullipumapaintingsmall.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion

[edit]

An image used in this article, File:Zullipumapaintingsmall.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion for the following reason: Wikipedia files with no non-free use rationale as of 13 June 2012

What should I do?

Don't panic; you should have time to contest the deletion (although please review deletion guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to provide a fair use rationale
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale, then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Deletion Review

To take part in any discussion, or to review a more detailed deletion rationale please visit the relevant image page (File:Zullipumapaintingsmall.jpg)

Puma blues 20

[edit]

The story of Puma Blues 20 is interesting as it was a benefit issue by many prominent comic authors at the time.

There's a story of this in the 2015 Dover "all-in-one" collection, and it's also told here:
