Institution name

[edit]

The institution is now known as The Prince's Foundation - see the website, http://www.princes-foundation.org The main page heading should now be 'The Prince's Foundation' with former names included in the text. Matthewn5 (talk) 11:18, 13 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Name change

[edit]

Notification has been given that The Prince's Foundation, will be renamed to the The King's Foundation. These changes have yet to take effect, so I am not moving the page until they do so. However, attached is a reference which details the name change.[1] Regards. The joy of all things (talk) 15:06, 10 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Move?

[edit]

@Keivan.f: you appear to have moved the page without discussion, is there a reason you believed that this would be a non-controversial move? Horse Eye's Back (talk) 04:41, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Horse Eye's Back: The previous RM on this page was not a controversial one. It merely was opened due to a change in the company's name. And the page was moved again later on due to another name change. The same thing has happened again. I can hardly find any controversy regarding this matter. Prince Charles became King Charles III and a bunch of his charities were renamed as a result. Keivan.fTalk 04:46, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Seems too soon. Change it back please and then get consensus. Horse Eye's Back (talk) 04:48, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm confused. Too soon in what way exactly? The name change has already been announced to have taken place by independent sources (1). And the organisation's social media pages have been updated accordingly (1, 2, 3). Keivan.fTalk 04:57, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
