Orphaned references in The Power of Three (Doctor Who)

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of The Power of Three (Doctor Who)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I would suggest adding in ratings info into the lead, and then splitting that and critical reception into another paragraph (looks better when paragraphs are roughly the same size)

Good plot summary -- long but still as concise as possible
"At one point, the Doctor, Amy, and Rory relax and eat fish fingers and custard, a reference throughout the Eleventh Doctor's tenure" -- do you mean since he first appeared?
- It's actually mentioned in "The Impossible Astronaut" and "The Doctor's Wife" too, but I changed it and added another ref
