The prod provides 7 days' notice in which to establish the article's notability before it may be deleted; at the moment, the single source doesn't seem to suggest much notability, but if you can improve the article to establish notability to the satisfaction of wikipedia's notability guidelines before the prod expires, the template may be removed and the article will remain.
