Lesley or Leslie?

This article spells it "Lesley" in the body and "Leslie" in the photo caption. Online sources are split between the spellings. There are more occurrences of "Lesley", but given the widespread inconsistency of sources, it might be good to address the different spellings in the article and cite specific highly reliable sources (such as a birth certificate, marriage certificate, and a letter she signed herself). — Preceding unsigned comment added by ScribeMonk (talk • contribs) 20:26, 3 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
