Charles Baudelaire

[edit]

Why was Baudelaire removed from the section on Victorian Theory and Criticism from the Third Edition? It honestly makes no sense. Viriditas (talk) 05:38, 5 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You don’t think it’s relevant to the development of the article to discuss how and why the editions are different? I think it’s entirely on topic. And it still makes no sense why Baudelaire was removed. The difference in editions should be mentioned. Viriditas (talk) 08:47, 5 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Given that the article is currently stagnant and just a list of wikilinked names, no, I don't think that your specific comment is relevant. If you believe that you will be able to ascertain why a given name was removed, than just add it in. Your inclusion of the phrase "makes no sense" implies you want to discuss the worthiness of Baudelaire. Xx78900 (talk) 14:45, 6 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hard disagree. There's a difference in the three editions. This only came to my attention on the fifth of May. It should be discussed in the article. As to why Baudelaire was removed, it still makes no sense. Was it to make space or for some other reason? I think these are legitimate questions that need answers.
