The Wikipedia entry for the National Law Review was created because other Wikipedia pages concerning legal issues in the U.S. cite the National Law Review as a reference. Since other established legal U.S. Periodicals on Wikipedia include links internally to that publication's page, the National Law Review should be included as well. (see Wikipedi page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skilling_v._United_States) The National Law Review is routinely cited by established legal organization such as the American Bar Association http://www.abajournal.com/news/article/philly_bans_criminal_history_box_on_public_and_private_job_applications/[reply]
