I was asked to comment on what would improve the article from C class; probably B class should be justified & I changed it. I think a somewhat clearer context needs to be developed from the first, as this is a work totally unfamiliar to almost everyone. The paragraph at the end sounds a little too much like a tribute, and words of praise should be limited to the quotation. But probably B class would be

I note the VIAF record at [1] seems to be confused--the date of birth given there would not seem to make sense,so the Oxford boo kited must be by someone else. (I suppose it should also be mentioned there is another William Scott writer of a widely reprinted handbook of English grammar and rhetoric in the end of the 18 th century) . Thank you for sharing these views - they're very helpful. I'll look again at how the article is framed at the beginning and end. I agree that the VIAF record seems to confuse two people: the William Scott in this article was born in the early 1570s (Alexander, p. xxx), while the record [2], tagged to the list of alumni in Alumni Oxonienses, refers to a Scott who began studying at Oxford in 1572 when he was 15‏. kebangunan (talk) 17:26, 29 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
