I have removed

[edit]

this sentence:

" In the group's early years, it included Jackie Wilson, Little Willie John, Freddie Pride, and Levi Stubbs, who went on to become stars after they left the group."

because i have found no proof that it is true. I searched through Susan Whitall's Fever: Little Willie John’s Fast Life, Mysterious Death and the Birth of Soul[1] as well as well as Lazell 's Rock Movers and Shakers: An A to Z of the People Who Made Rock Happen [2] both of whom shed light on the time period and mention all of these folks, but NOT as being in the Midnighters. Over in the info box Johnny Otis is also mentioned as a former member, which is really a joke. A bad one. Anyway I am about to remove all the stuff too.
