I was about to start watching the entire set of episodes from start to finish and figured I'd make notes and throw up a wiki page as I'd noticed there wasn't one. I hope someone finds this info useful. Feel free to tidy it up, reformat it, add to it as you see fit. I'm certainly no expert on it, all I did was watch the shows and make notes.
