I think I got all of the 1a points. The only one I'm contesting is italicizing AllMusic and Country Standard Time. I couldn't find anything within our own manuals of style saying whether or not website names are italicized, but most offsite manuals of style agree on not italicizing website names. If you can find something saying they should be, let me know.
