Get rid of "side project"

[edit]

Why are they still considered a side project? I saw them at Leeds festival and trust me, they should be considered a real band now. With a second album announced, its pretty obvious that Alex Turner is taking this very seriously. So someone please change the description too: band! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.158.217.68 (talk) 21:28, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Another Shadow Puppet

[edit]

In the sleeve for the CD it lists James Ford as a member should he be added? Bencey (talk) 01:46, 19 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I say yes, the sleeve says "Performed by Alex Turner, Miles Kane, and James Ford" that sound to me as though he is on equal footing at the other two.76.182.32.227 (talk) 14:25, 5 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Any idea of an origin location for the band?

[edit]

Anybody know where the band properly formed, and have a citable source to prove it? Wirral or Sheffield shouldn't be included as they aren't where the band was formed, just Turner and Kane's hometowns. The first album was recorded in France, but not sure if that qualifies as an origin point. Nbdelboy (talk) 08:15, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Just Alex and Miles?

[edit]

I could've sworn James Ford was also a member, seeing as he played on/produced all their albums, and toured with them, and Zach Dawes played bass on their latest album and toured with them. --Mr Serious Guy (talk) 20:56, 25 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
