If you can find a quote from the members identifying this group as a connected entity, that would be a good place to start. Just because a website recognizes the overlapping roster of members, it still doesn't satisfy the criteria of being an essential fact.
A reliable source - and rock music magazine at that - mentioned the past ([1], also another specialized on J-rock/Visual kei scene [2]). The band performed a song of the previous supergroup. Whether something is trivial or essential fact depends on WP:WEIGHT which depends on WP:VERIFY of WP:RELIABLE. We have that. Yoshiki in interview with Rolling Stone Japan (20.11.2023) transl.
