Not an encyclopedic article as the hotel is not important in the scheme of things. It doesn't really assert its notability in the opening para (apart from being 5 star). The building has little history and does not mention the building originally being a Sheraton Hotel. The majority of the sources are the hotel's website and questionable self-published resources such as OnlyMelbourne and a tourism board. --Biatch (talk) 14:38, 22 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
