This article is excellent, informative, and in most aspects I believe it would easily pass the GA criteria. Unfortunately, it has been written by an editor with only a middling grasp of English, and as a result the grammar is bad all throughout the article. I apologize, but I must fail the article for now, as it is not able to meet criteria 1. If you can get the page redrafted by an editor who writes English fluently it should be a simple pass. --erachima talk 15:01, 9 August 2014 (UTC)
