Anonymous editor User:86.143.24.135 has just blanked the section 'Mistakes', without leaving an edit summary. Naughty though this is (!) it is correct, and I was about to blank the section myself. To the other anonymous editor (User:90.206.245.242) who first added this section, your section was wrong on several levels. Firstly, it should be written in grammatical English, not 'shorthand' form. Secondly, your formatting was all wrong, and you may like to look at how to make lists on Wikipedia. Thirdly, neither of the things you listed was actually a mistake - the upside down flag in a common sight (alas) at fetes and garden parties, and therefore reflected real life, rather than being a continuity error - the alteration to the motor car was a production technique, with a very specific intention in terms of the filming, rather than an error. Fourthly, there is still no consensus on whether noting genuine errors in filming really belongs in an encyclopaedia anyway. Timothy TitusTalk To TT18:43, 20 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Shouldn’t ’Characters’ precede ‘Plot Summaries’ for the 3 series?
I’m relatively new to Wikipedia, and learning the protocols very slowly, but Series 1 is now streaming on Amazon Prime and all 3 series are on Acorn. I presume that means that traffic to this article will increase / has been increasing on Wikipedia. Left Central (talk) 17:42, 11 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
