BotanicChoice: Botanic Choice does not sell this herb. You can try checking online at TradeKey.com. Unsigned commented added by BotanicChoice (talk · contribs) WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 15:50, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
Merger proposal
[edit]This article is not really about the book titled The Herbalist but rather about the entity called The Indiana Botanic Garden which is loosely affiliated with the book. The article should appear under its proper title. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 15:54, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
ok, how do I merge these two articles? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kawecki1218 (talk • contribs) 16:01, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
- I propose (and I will peform the operation if you concur) that this page be redirected to Indiana Botanic Garden, and all content here copied to that page. Also, please remember to sign your talk page posts by typing '~~~~' after your message. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 16:05, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
You can merge the pages together, That is fine with me. Thank you for helping. Kawecki1218 (talk) 16:08, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
- When I proposed this merge, I didn't realize that the page was about an herb RETAILER, as opposed to a true botanical garden. As an article about a retailer, I think this page is basically spam. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 19:06, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
More to the story about the book
[edit]I have a copy of this book which my wife's grandfather Frank Arnold (188?-1951) used to identify healing plants in Virginia and he ordered some non-local ones from Botanical Gardens in New Haven, Conn (ads are throughout the book)67.183.4.234 (talk) 20:24, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
