Fair use rationale for Image:Headphonemasterpiece.jpg
[edit]Image:Headphonemasterpiece.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:22, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
Cody Chesnutt in Dave Chappelle's Block Party
[edit]Cody did a song called "King of the Game" for Dave Chapelle's Block Party that wasn't released on the official soundtrack. Matter of fact, I can't even find the mp3 anywhere. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 138.23.63.20 (talk) 21:25, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

- Notes
- in his bedroom, which he used as a makeshift studio called the Sonic Promiseland, in Valley Village, California→in his bedroom in Valley Village, California, which he used as a makeshift studio called the Sonic Promiseland
- Grammatically speaking, he didn't use Valley Village, California as a makeshift studio. Dan56 (talk) 20:37, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
- with $10,000 worth of equipment→with equipment worth $10,000

- in order to not wake up his roommate→in order not to wake up his roommate
- Done. Dan56 (talk) 20:37, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
- at number 128 on sales of 8,000 copies→at number 128 with sales of 8,000 copies
- Done. Dan56 (talk) 20:37, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
- The sentence mentioned above doesn't read quite well. I suggest to split it like this: Consequently, The Headphone Masterpiece entered the Billboard 200 at number 128 with sales of 8,000 copies. As of March 30, 2003, it had sold 25,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
- Split; "as of" usually isn't used to indicate something in the past tense ("had"). Dan56 (talk) 20:37, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
Comment: This article is a solid piece of work. All aspects are properly covered, the prose is clear and concise, and the minor issues were successfully fulfilled. I will close this nomination as passed.--Вик Ретлхед (talk) 21:32, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
