What? there is no main page discussing the Great Depression worldwide??? As if the US depression didn't had consequences on the rest of the world? This page should'nt be a disambiguation page, but a page discussing the depression worldwide, with specific, main articles to enter details for each country. All right, I removed specific countries from this page to let only rock bands & such. The main article about the economic crisis is the Great Depression, from which subsection may detail the crisis in each country. We need a GLOBAL article, this is a GLOBAL encyclopedia, and the Depression was a GLOBAL event. Tazmaniacs 20:26, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I didn't understand all of those "REDIRECTS" and "moved" pages. One thing is sure: Great Depression in the United States should NOT redirect to Great Depression of 1929, although the crisis started there it is definitely not limited to the US. Tazmaniacs 20:35, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

What are you trying to do? Disambiguation pages are for, well, disambiguation. This article does not belong here. Create a Worldwide Great Depression page and move the text there, then set up the disambiguation for that. Please, don't mess with the basic structure of Wikipedia. I got confused with redirects & all. I reversed, but please don't introduce again specific countries here, the Great Depression of 1929 should be worldwide. If a specific Great Depression in the United States article is need, it shouldn't at all redirect to Great Depression of 1929 as it does now. Tazmaniacs 21:07, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
