Should there be a mention of how influential this film was on all four members of the Beatles? It is discussed at relative length in the first 'Anthology' documentary on the group.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 143.167.224.49 (talkcontribs)

I agree, this movie is discussed and a film clip is shown in The Beatles' Anthology. There should be some mention I think.

Soundtrack LP?

[edit]

It would be useful if the article mentioned if there was a soundtrack LP for this film, and what the track listing was, if there was one. 2601:545:8201:6290:0:0:0:B7E (talk) 15:07, 19 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I did find this track info on a soundtrack LP for the film:
A1 Little Richard– The Girl Can't Help It Written-By – Troup 2:25
A2 Nino Tempo– Tempo's Tempo Written-By – Tempo 2:30
A3 Johnny Olenn– My Idea Of Love Written-By – Olenn 2:22
A4 Johnny Olenn– I Ain't Gonna Cry No More Written-By – Spencer 1:58
A5 Little Richard– Ready Teddy Written-By – Marascalco, Blackwell	2:06
A6 Eddie Fontaine– Cool It Baby Written-By – Coates, Lionel Newman	2:13
A7 Three Chuckles– Lollipop Lover Written-By – Chuckles 1:43

B1 Julie London– Cry Me A River Written-By – Hamilton 2:36
B2 Gene Vincent– Be-Bop-A-Lula Written-By – Vincent, Davis 2:20
B3 Eddie Cochran– Twenty Flight Rock Written-By – Cochran, Fairchild	1:43
B4 Ray Anthony– Rock Around The Rockpile Written-By – Troup 1:54
B5 The Treniers– Rockin' Is Our Bizness Written-By – Trenier 2:36
B6 Fats Domino– Blue Monday Written-By – Domino-Bartholomew	2:12
B7 The Platters– You'll Never Never Know Written-By – Miles, Robi, Williams	2:32

...but I don't know if this dates back to the original 1956-57 period of the film, or was a later release, which could raise the question of whether, for example, the version of "Twenty Flight Rock" was Eddie Cochran's 1956 recording featured in the film, or his 1957 version that was released as a single late that year. 2601:545:8201:6290:0:0:0:B7E (talk) 21:29, 20 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
