A handful of copy cleanup issues, but that's it. Take a fresh look since this has sat 90+ days. Ping me when addressed. Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 21:32, 4 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, Sammi Brie. I did news and general searches but didn't find anything to add. Most of the high-ranked results are for sellers. Hopefully I've addressed the other issues, but let me know if anyhting else is required. BennyOnTheLoose (talk) 23:21, 7 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Did you know? If you fancy doing so, I always have plenty of GA nominees to review. Just look for the all-uppercase titles in the Television section. Reviews always appreciated.

Copy changes

[edit]
  • noted that the second half of the album, featuring synthesisers was unlike anything that the band had previously released Comma after synthesisers to complete the appositive.
  • Makes a change for me to miss a comma rather than have an unwanted one!
  • Don't capitalize initial "A" in the quote.
  • Remember your logical quote setting.
  • It was the group's first album of original songs since One Day I'm Going to Soar in 2012, and their first album in seven years since Let the Record Show in 2016. Remove comma CinS
  • A North American tour was planned for November 2023, but subsequently cancelled. Remove comma CinS
  • Uncut felt that the sound "confidently flits between low-key funk, lush symphonic Philly soul and the more punchy post-Motown dance grooves of Chairmen of the Board", and praised "Rowland's powerfully assured vocal delivery of his mea culpa confessionals" Remove comma after the first quote CinS
  • He argued that a change in direction for was what fans would expect from the band, and remarked Remove comma CinS

  • No issues. "Closed due to concrete" is a new one on me. Earwig only flags quotes and some name pairs that are banal.

Images

The images are properly tagged. The album art has an NFUR. Encouragement: Remember your alt text.
