Roughly 36 years ago I formed a band called The Dark Side with my cousin Nick Hayden. The band name was later changed - against my will - to The Darkside but that's another story.
Before we go any further I'm unable to prove that I'm the real Kevin Cowen but since impersonating me is a spectacularly dumb career move just trust me. I would also like to say how flattered I am by your interest in my old combo.
The reason for this post is your continuing blocking of my efforts to correct misinformation about a band I formed.

verifiability is one of the highest ranked principles on Wikipedia. If you can't provide citation you can't write it. No "but..."s, for the credibility of Wikipedia depends on it. Doesn't even have to be online; imprinted plant fibres stored in a remote library will do as long as one could theoretically access it. If you had e.g. old magazine scans, that would probably help a lot. Your last edit was pure vandalism btw.
