When would you say that The Daily Telegraph was founded? 1879, 1990 or 1996? --Humehwy 05:18, 9 December 2005 (UTC)

Basing it on the merger with TELEGRAPH MIRROR, I'd say 1990. RandomEcho 13:45, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
The merger occurred in 1990, though. Just that the name of the merged entity changed from The Daily Telegraph-Mirror to The Daily Telegraph in 1996. --Humehwy 15:32, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
Given all three dates are mentioned, I don't see how it's that much of a problem RandomEcho 22:48, 16 March 2006 (UTC)

It's interesting that the photos on the main page of both the Daily Telegraph and the Herald Sun pages are both from the same date. They are both about the race riots in cronulla. I wonder if this is somehow portraying a POV? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 170.65.188.1 (talk) 18:16, September 2, 2006.

How? Most of the Telegraph's headlines are reactionary or sensational. - Ta bu shi da yu 12:42, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
I'm inclined to agree that its a bit weird. Surely it's just a little coincidental? Might there not be a better page for a general illustration of what the tele's about? Dibo 23:59, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
