Is it a priest?
[edit]In the right side, close to Jesus cross there is a man with red hat. Isn't it a priest, suppose to symbol the catholic priesthood in the "unblessed" side? Anyone have an external source for it? Brian (talk) 19:28, 1 January 2015 (UTC)
- There are various figures with red hats, but none are supposed to represent a priest. Johnbod (talk) 19:57, 1 January 2015 (UTC)
- Please look at [1] - "Cranach positioned the contemporary figures of a monk, a cardinal, and a Turk behind the Cross, among the unenlightened". Brian (talk) 08:51, 2 January 2015 (UTC)
