[edit]The following explains why additional material has been added and why this film should have an article on Wikipedia. The authors of the article are not linked to the film makers but are Wiccans.
The Coven is an important film within the Wiccan community as it accurately reflects real events. Additionally as it presents Cochranianism as the normative form of Wicca it is likely to be the subject of debate for the foreseeable future. This debate has commenced with two significant groups posting reviews. The first is the Pagan Federation, a group with many Gardnerian members and the UKs largest pagan organisation. The second is the Order of the Horse and the Moon, the most active Cochranian group in the UK. The links to the reviews are below.

The film is likely to be reviewed negatively by the Gardnerian Wiccan community and positively by Cochranian Wiccans. This Wikipedia page attempts to provide unbiased detail. This page has been produced Wiccan insiders. It has no connection to the film’s producers or promoters who are unknown to the Wiccan community and appear to be very small scale. This page was, however, produced by Cochranian Wiccans so bias may occur. None the less this is an important film that merits detail on Wikipedia. Additional details will be added to the page to provide information on the key issues.
- In order for an article to remain on Wikipedia, the information in it must be verifiable from reliable sources. Also, original research, including analysis, is not allowed in Wikipedia articles. Articles must meet the notability guidelines, but generally speaking if there are multiple, independent, reliable 3rd party sources cited in the article then it is demonstrated that the topic is notable. Take a look at some featured articles about movies to see what a movie article should look like. A good example is Fight Club. Once the issues are fixed, I'll support retention of the article and try to prevent its deletion. ~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 22:05, 19 March 2015 (UTC)
OK - I will remove the analysis and just leave the references. I will also give it a general clean up and you can see how it looks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cochranefaithful (talk • contribs) 20:58, 20 March 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Are there any IP problems with the movie poster? It looks remarkably like it could be an infringment of The Craft (film) movie poster -- 65.94.43.89 (talk) 03:32, 5 April 2015 (UTC)
- It really does, and a lot of the sources in the article mention the similarities, but I'm unaware of any legal action about it.~ ONUnicorn(Talk|Contribs)problem solving 04:24, 5 April 2015 (UTC)
