"The Bonny Bunch of Roses" is a very fine song, also recorded on a De Dannan album, and by Fairport Convention on "Full House" (bonus track) and by them again on the album called "The Bonny Bunch of Roses", and Maddy Prior on "Ravenschild". It definitely deserves at article to itself. However the information shouldn't be embedded within a Chieftains album. It should be link from this album to that new article, called "Bonny Bunch of Roses" rather than "Bonaparte's Retreat". I would recommend that the words and the commentary should should be relocated to a new article, so that De Dannan, Fairport and Prior can all have links into it, rather than linking into this page. Any comments? I am prepared to do it myself if nobody replies within a month. Ogg10:21, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Done it. I reackon the Chieftains version of the words might be copyright, so I have used an older version. Please change the article if it's not to your liking. Ogg08:55, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
