episode length

The article and British Comedy Guide claim that the episodes are 30min long. The appears to be only true nominally, if you include advertisements. The actual length of the broadcasts on WGBH is about 23min. Apparently the last episode (207 "Reap What You Sow") is a nominal hour long, but was cut to half by WGBH. Is there any access to the full last episode in the US?
