What is a Bounder?
[edit]What is a Bounder? 162.207.203.26 (talk) 05:39, 29 May 2020 (UTC)
- A rascal, often one pretending to a superior class; frequently a cad and a swindler.
- Even when sincere, an innate lack of the instincts of a gentleman causes distrust amongst the more staid. Winston Churchill was generally considered a bounder by even his own exalted class.
