Should Gerald Ellison be noted as the umpire in this section?

Background

Shouldn't The Times and The Manchester Guardian be linked?
"The race was umpired for the first time by former Oxford rower and Bishop of Willesden Gerald Ellison." Which races did he compete in?

Link Easter Monday.
"After the two-day delay, Oxford once again won the toss and once again elected to start from the Surrey station" Toss has already been linked in this section.
"Poor steering from cox Carver allowed Cambridge to pull further ahead" Cox has already been linked in the crews section.
