Background

"Cambridge opted to arrive a fortnight later than usual at Henley" - what does this mean exactly? There's no other context to put "Henley" in

I know, the sinking happen relatively infrequently. Sorry about that. Perhaps a more Total Wipeout approach to the Boat Race will catch on, especially if Bernie Ecclestone gets his claws on it....
