Merger proposal
[edit]I propose to merge The Black Boys rebellion into Black Boys, or vice versa, as they cover the same topic.
Incomplete Article and Extensive Use of Quotes
[edit]Even with the merge, this article remains incomplete as events in 1765 following the kidnapping of Lt. Grant are not recorded. Currently working on addressing this shortcoming. Will attempt to summarize quotations since over-quotation is an issue. Will cover the debate about whether the Black Boys Rebellion should be considered a precursor of the American Revolution. - Added sections covering the siege of Fort Loundon in November 1765, whether the Paxton Boys inspired the rebellion, and whether the rebellion was a precursor of the American Revolution. Griffin's Sword (talk) 15:37, 25 November 2023 (UTC)
