I have removed the spurious claim that Werth coined the term 'burn rate' in this book and the badly-spelled and irrelevant discussion of what it means. It was already an extant phrase in 1995 (for example, Richard Dana Ono's paper "The Business of Biotechnology: From the Bench to the Street", p82, Butterworth-Heinemann 1991 - Google books extract here).
