I consider the headgear irrelevant; go walking down the street wearing nothing but a hat, and you'll get treated the same as if you walked down the street wearing nothing at all. Having read the article beforehand, I was quite surprised when I visited him a couple of months ago: either he's wearing something of that sort, or his groin-region anatomy is...very unusual.
