Is this page about the sculpture The Athlete or The American Athlete from the Rodin museum?
[edit]The title refers to the Rodin Museum's webpage of "The American Athlete" (and not "The Athlete") with the head turned to the right (when faced), which dimensions are 16 1/8 x 10 9/16 x 9 15/16 inches (40.9 x 26.9 x 25.3 cm).
So this is not what the introductionary text states as measurements: 39,4 × 27,5 × 24,3 cm.
According to the webpage of the Kreeger Museum, which calls its statue "The Athlete", this statue has measures 18 x 13 x 12 1/2 in. (45,7 x 33,0 x 31,7 cm), and has its head to the left (when faced).
Again, not what the introductionary text states as measurements: 39,4 × 27,5 × 24,3 cm.
Who can lift this ambiguity?
