No Drax page?
[edit]Considering Drax seems to have popped up in a fair number of different stories in the expanded Whoniverse, I'm quite surprised that there is no page about him. This is most distressing, as I had hoped that of all the places that might know something of this Time Lord then Wikipedia would, since it has such a large set of Doctor Who articles. If I were more capable, I'd make one of my own, but I'm suggesting someone else should who is a proper editor of Wikipedia and knows how to do these things more smoothly/properly. It is very irksome to see Drax links in other pages constantly redirected here.--68.111.242.170 (talk) 09:36, 15 October 2010 (UTC)
- The main problem is one of verifiability. If reliable third-party sources discuss the significance of Drax the character in these other stories, there may be potential for such an article, or failing that, en extended section in this one; and such extra content on Drax would need to reference those sources. However, if you or I (or anybody else) were to read all the books, watch all the DVDs and listen to all the audio stories, from these make notes on Drax and then describe our findings in Wikipedia, this would count as original research, which is not permitted.
- So, if you (or anybody else) know of suitable sources, begin by noting them here. Without those, there's not a lot we can do. --Redrose64 (talk) 14:37, 15 October 2010 (UTC)
