[edit]Can anyone help with the matter of who plays saxophone on this record? Specifically, is the "Andy Shepherd" credited on the sleeve notes of the orginal CD actually the same Andy Sheppard who plays on "Cooltide". The Munro book seems to suggest that this is the case, but I can't find any verification of this anywhere. Exclaim (talk) 12:44, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
I'm sure it's one & the same. Andy Sheppard is a well known jazz musician & when you search for "Andy Shepherd Sax" you find pictures of the same man - is there a saxophonist "Andy Shepherd" as well as Andy Sheppard? If so, it seems a remarkable coincidence that John Martyn had them working on consecutive albums only a year apart. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.24.236.90 (talk) 16:56, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
Andy Sheppard also appears on "Couldn't Love You More" & "No Little Boy", released in '92 & '93, respectively. Although, on the former he is listed both as Andy Sheppard and "Andy Shephard" - which is a new twist on mis-spelling his name. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.24.236.90 (talk) 22:28, 5 June 2009 (UTC)
