Norwegian translation
[edit]I'm not sure if you are interested, but I've just seen that this book is now available in a Norwegian translation. Title: "Nesten perfekte folk" See here: http://www.adlibris.com/no/bok/nesten-perfekte-folk-9788278862711
The Finnish translation mentioned in the text doesn't seem to have been published yet.
Here is a critical review in English from Norway: http://nyemeninger.no/alle_meninger/cat1003/subcat1010/thread294907/ (A review of the original publication "Dark Lands: The Grim Truth behind the Scandinavian Miracle" published by The Guardian in January 2014: http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/jan/27/scandinavian-miracle-brutal-truth-denmark-norway-sweden?commentpage=1 )
Also, the book's subtitle, in what may be a revised edition, now appears to be "Behind the Myth of the Scandinavian Utopia" http://www.amazon.co.uk/Almost-Nearly-Perfect-People-Scandinavian/dp/0099546078/
