Stade de l'Unité Africaine → African Unity Stadium – According to the english Wikipedia and to algerian stadium's names (Football venues in Algeria). Fayçal.09 (talk) 18:41, 17 March 2017 (UTC)
- @Faycal.09: can you provide any sources for the proposed name? In ictu oculi (talk) 19:29, 17 March 2017 (UTC)
- @In ictu oculi: Yes of caurse, look at the link below [1]. --Fayçal.09 (talk) 20:01, 17 March 2017 (UTC)
- Waytofly.com? This looks like some computer generated map. I mean a WP:RS source, a book or newspaper. In ictu oculi (talk) 21:16, 17 March 2017 (UTC)
- Ok u can look at the link below [2]. --Fayçal.09 (talk) 21:30, 17 March 2017 (UTC)
- Not much better, sorry. We need reliable newspaper or book sources. In ictu oculi (talk) 07:25, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
- Why ? I gives two links because it's not easy to find english news in algeria because generaly books or newspapers are in arab or french languages in the country. Algeria is an arabo-muslim country, the official name is in arab language. So it's normal to correct the name in english language because we are in english wikipedia. All algerian stadiums are used in english name (link), why we can't use this stadium in the same english language. --Fayçal.09 (talk) 14:52, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
- Well exactly. But we can't just invent English sources which don't exist. There are various ways this name could be translated, if it were. In ictu oculi (talk) 15:54, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
- Realy it's difficult to find english newspapers, however It's the correct translation of the stadium. --Fayçal.09 (talk) 20:21, 18 March 2017 (UTC)

- Oppose. I get 67000 ghits for the current name and only 297 for the translation. [3] [4] So while I don't dispute that the translation is good, that doesn't make it the correct name for our article, and the evidence so far is that it is not. Andrewa (talk) 13:27, 26 March 2017 (UTC)
