This is a nice, short article that comes very close to meeting the GA criteria. I noticed three things during the GA review:

The quotation in the "Reception" section should be introduced with some commentary rather than just pasted into the article.
Is only one review of the song available?
Should the reader know who the "Victor Military Band" is? The "Reception" section is fairly sparse, so any information about what became of the song would help.

Eight days have passed with no response and no progress. Unfortunately, I am going to have to fail the nomination. I urge the editor(s) involved to use these suggestions for future improvements to the article.
