Minor niggle
[edit]Disclaimer: I am not an independent party, as I have worked for RE5ULT as a contractor for a couple of years now. For that reason I am adding this note here, as I don't think it is appropriate that I make changes directly to the page itself. However, if no one responds after a while then I will update the page directly.
The final sentence of the first paragraph reads, "The service is similar to Issuebits' Any Question Answered." This together with a factual inaccuracy on the Any Question Answered page suggest that RE5ULT's 82ASK is in some way a derivative or copy of AQA. However, 82ASK was launched on 3rd August 2003, pretty much creating the market sector, approximately nine months before AQA was launched on 22nd April 2004. The best source on this is a PMN article from 30th April 2004; although it is no longer online the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine has a copy of it.
It would be more appropriate if the reference to AQA was dropped from the first paragraph and put at the end instead, as a similar service which subsequently entered the market. DZR 17:08, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
Out-of-date information
[edit]I have inserted the Template:Out of date banner at the top of this page for a couple of reasons. 1. The article suggests that this company or service is growing at a rate of 20pc per month - the reference for this is an article written in a UK newspaper The Sunday Times published in 2007. Although I'm sure this was factually correct at the time, I assume that this type of business is open to many threats in the market, and therefore that this 2007 reference may be out of date. 2. The website listed for this service is Texperts.com, which does not exist. Perhaps it once did, although I cannot find reference to it on the internet. Texperts was acquired in 2008 by KGB.com (former employee) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 18.189.123.5 (talk) 17:56, 18 September 2011 (UTC)
Defunct
[edit]The service is no longer available and I suspect it hasn't been for many years now, but I cannot find a reference for when the service became defunct. If anyone can find such a reference, please add it. (Their later name was Kgb Answers. Their website is accessible but their text question-and-answer service is not.)
