Wikipedia article shows that this is Texas State Spur 345 and that the designation change from Texas State Loop 345 was done in 2014. However, the sources given only describe the segment between Interstate 10 and Interstate 410 was relinquished to the city of San Antonio. There is no mention of a designation change in those articles, nor does the highway designation database at TxDOT shows a designation change. On top of that, as of August 2022, Google Street View shows reassurance signs on the road as Loop 345. Also, on a video I personally created in late 2023, the road signs on Interstate 410 were still showing Loop 345. Since this decommission of Loop 345 between I-10 and I-410 occurred in 2014, I would think that the overhead signs for I-410 and the reassurance signs on the road itself would've changed from Loop 345 to Spur 345. Since they didn't, and there is no documentation anywhere that I can find that shows the designation has changed, I would conclude that the road is still named Loop 345...it's just a bit shorter.
