Good, but i recommend some improvements on the prose:
Avoid using -way words at the start of each paragraph
Each sentence has "ranch". I think it can get awful, let's take a look:
"RE 7 begins at an intersection with SH 72, located several miles east of the unincorporated community of Tilden, as a two-lane, paved road." This sentence is perfect.
"The highway proceeds northward for a very short distance, before turning northeastward. The road proceeds northeast, passing through rural ranch land." → "The highway proceeds northward for a very short distance, before turning northeastward, passing through a rural land."
"The highway continues past a small reservoir, and an oil drilling station, before re-entering rural ranch land. The road continues northeast to its northern terminus, the designated end of state maintenance. A road continues northeasterly to the reservoir, and ends at a boat-launch ramp." → "The road continues past a small reservoir and an oil drilling station before re-entering rural land and following northeast to its northern terminus, the designated end of state maintenance. A road continues northeasterly to the reservoir, and ends at a boat-launch ramp."
