Article just wrong about there being restaurants? Le Cordon Bleu of Culinary Arts no longer exists in Austin?
[edit]Could not find either the restaurants mentioned in the article as actually open. I know a Ventana restaurant did once exist, but no luck finding any restaurant associated with the school as of June 2013.
I think the whole TCA school was been bought and sold, and no longer exists under the name of Texas Culinary Academy. The replacement may be the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, but Escoffier also seems to offer no restaurant.
The Yelp reviews seem unanimous that the student loan debt payments from getting a degree from TCA were quite high, while the TCA degree of little or no value in getting a chef job or even an entry-level job. Should that be mentioned?
