This page seems to be a WP:POV fork of Sex verification in sports. If not, can editors please comment on why that might not be the case? Trankuility (talk) 23:51, 21 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

One month later and no response, so I'm going to be WP:BOLD. Trankuility (talk) 23:10, 26 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Reverted. Next time try contacting one of the editors who worked on the page instead of just wiping out the work with no attempt to merge.
To answer your question it's not a fork of Sex verification in sport. The World Athletics regulations are a specific set of written regulations which have been the subject a number of scientific studies and successfully defended in the Court of Arbitration. They are not exactly sex verification either in that originally they applied to people with normal female biology who happened to have high testosterone, although in the current version they are specific to biological males. In addition, the regulations are highly notable in that they are the only set of such policies that have been successfully defended in court and currently restrict world-leading athletes. Also the page you redirected this to is outdated and/or inaccurate in respect of athletics. Sumbuddi (talk) 05:56, 3 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Terrible article

[edit]

You’d think an article on testosterone limits would actuality mention what those limits have been and how they’ve been applied. Amazingly this doesn’t address more topical items like trans women in sports 174.89.233.42 (talk) 13:54, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Unidentified acronym "DSD"

[edit]

There is the acronym "DSD" used. What does this stand for? 84.68.64.130 (talk) 12:13, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
